Started her martial arts in 1991, Taekwando being her style, she started studying Shotokan in 1996 up to date. where she is also teaching.
Styles studied:
1- Shoto-kan Black belt 2nd degree.
2- Taekwando Black belt 2nd degree.
Championships:
1- 1991-1994 The Hashemite kingdom of Jordan full-contact, 6 times gold medalist.
2- 1995 Don Castor world Taekwando full-contact championship, won 1st position.
3- "2003 TKO Texsas"full-contact & forms Championship, first place
Teaching:
1- 2000 – 2003: Dallas, Texas-USA, Shotokan at Al-Taqwa School of Martial Arts ICI.
2- 2003 – Started Al-Taqwa School of Martial Arts SW at Calgary, Alberta-Canada.
